ORDERS

Please note that, with the exception of shoes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Orders are processed in 3-5 days.  

SHOE RETURNS / EXCHANGES

  • Please email us at info@hightidestoredtla.com with your order #, name, and email address to receive return instructions (MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE).
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection approving that both the item AND the packaging is in its original condition, we will process an exchange credit, in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Shoes can be returned at our DTLA location as long as it is within 7 days of the purchase date.

     

    ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

    We have implemented a shipping protection service called Route. Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order.

    INVENTORY

    Due to our shipments coming from Japan, our inventory fluctuates. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to control inventory, but some items may not always be in stock or may take time to deliver.
