ORDERS
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Orders are processed within 3-5 days prior to shipping.
Please note that the estimated delivery times shown at checkout reflect the transit time after your order has been shipped.
SHOE RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return shoes for store credit in the form of a digital gift card. - Please email us at info@hightidestoredtla.com with your order #, name, and email address to receive return instructions (MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE).
- You can return your shoes either through mail or in-person at our DTLA location.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection confirming that both the item AND the packaging are in their original condition, we will process a store credit.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
We have implemented a shipping protection service called Route. Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order.

INVENTORY
Due to our shipments coming from Japan, our inventory fluctuates. Please be aware that we are doing everything we can to control inventory, but some items may not always be in stock or may take time to deliver.
