What is your return policy?
Please note that all sales are final, unless the item is damaged or defective.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. We are not shipping overseas at this moment.
Can I exchange shoes for different size?
Yes. Please read below for the exchange instruction.
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return shoes for store credit in the form of a digital gift card. - Please email us within 7 days of the delivered date at info@hightidestoredtla.com with your order #, name, and email address to receive a return instruction.
- You can return your shoes either through mail or in-person at our DTLA location.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt of your returned item and inspection confirming that both the item and the packaging are in their original condition, we will process a store credit.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
We have implemented a shipping protection service called Route. Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order.
