Two Sided Noren

Japanese Noren (curtains) have been used since ancient times to block wind and sunlight, and to softly divide the inside and outside of a house. It gradually came to be used as a sign for store openings and as a sign for men's and women's baths in public bathhouses, and is still used in a variety of places to this day.

This reversible noren is a casual version featuring flowers and plants motifs. Enjoy hanging it as a curtain or as a tapestry on your wall.
