Forest Bathing Bath Salt
Shinrin-Yoku, known as forest bathing in English, is the Japanese practice of immersing oneself in and communing with the forest. The newest soak by Lookout & Wonderland, they bring the spirit of the trees into your bath.
Forest bathing is an ode to our beloved West Coast and an expression of Lookout & Wonderland's Yusuke’s home culture of Japan. It contains tree oils from California to Washington State and purified, untreated sea salt directly harvested from the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Oregon.
A twenty minute soak in mineral, herbal and plant oil rich bath helps to reduce pain, encourages relaxation and sleep and nourishes the skin and spirit. 10oz provides up to 4 - 5 soaks.
- For use as a bath soak, foot bath, or scrub
- 3 tablespoons to bath, soak for at least 20 minutes
- 1 tablespoon for a foot bath
- Do not rinse after bath for best results
