This special cover features a chic design with silk-screen printing on a black background. Red stitching along the cover's edge and a red bookmark add a stylish accent.

Inside the cover features the layout of the first appearance scene of "Gear 2 (Second)" as depicted in Volume 40 of the One Piece manga.

The right pocket features Luffy's words just before activating "Gear 2" printed in silk screen.
The left pocket features a collaborative logo between One Piece Magazine and the Hobonichi Techo. The spine is also black,
